Service was alright. The room was freezing. Beds had ants in it. Wifi sucked here. Only one person can be on at a time on wifi. For a tourist it's horrible as we depend on wifi to commute and to communicate with others. We payed for a cabaña 1500Q per night.
The great thing about this hotel is the land it is on. Guarded by a high wall along its boarder for security, guests always feel like they're in a safe place. There is also amazing service. The rooms are always clean when we return for the night, the food at the restaurant was always amazing. I'll always recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Guatemala for a night or a month.

Do not stay here --these folks are not dependable. We planned a family get together a year out. We were told just a few days before that there was serious water damage to all of the rooms we were booked for. Turns out they were double booked!
The place was sold to new owners about a year ago --so do not go by older reviews! Any reservation you make is risky!
